With 20 years of experience, hundreds of systems installed, and countless lessons learned, we completed this project ahead of schedule, with no need for a single mechanical adjustment or alteration to any of the over 24 jigs, 5 robot cells, or 3 large transfer grippers.

What we do may seem easy, but that’s only because we make it look easy. Behind the scenes and the part that no-one gets to see is the extensive off-line programming, simulations, PLC integration testing, and continuous back-mods and re-simulations to ensure everything works flawlessly. And all of this is done before we even manufacture a single component of the robotic system.
